Hi Sarah, I will be coming up to Bowler with my Mom and Dad next Saturday. I'm pretty excited to go since it's been ages since I've been to a winter party in Bowler. See ya there!

I got feedback on the Saturday showing with this comment from the realitor:
"Prospect likes location and setting. Wil give it further consideration."
My realitor called today and she seemed optimistic about the comment and is going to follow up with the buyer's realitor later this week. We're also doing an open house this Sunday. Hopefully something happens soon as I'm hearing chatter from above that there will be more layoffs at my work.
