An article about the highest scrabble score ever. The game ended 830 to 490. The players cleared all their chips on a few occasions which gives you an extra 50 points. Halo 3 heatmaps of where players die most frequently. It's really interesting to see certain areas of levels darker than others. I think there are full time people at Bungie who are sort of "video game analytics" people (much like I'm the "analytics" guy at my job) Must be sort of an interesting job studying maps and trying to improve the game play. ....View Comments (0)

Having just purchased an original Xbox I was curious as to what year the last game was made for the console. This Wikipedia page lists all 950 games released for the original Xbox. You can also sort by release date. I ended up finding out that the last game was released in 2008 (pretty recent considering the 360 came out in 2005-2006). I'll probably end up buying Half Life 2 and Call of Duty 3 since those are both fairly new games that I think I'd enjoy. It appears the classic GoldenEye 007 will be ported to the Nintendo Wii. Perfect Dark, of course has already been ported to the Xbox 360 (which is a really awesome port by the way). Apparently Rare was in development to port GoldenEye to the Xbox 360 as well but couldn't cut through the red tape of licensing. ....View Comments (0)
