Hey there, this site is pretty old now. I've decided to leave it up as I put a lot of work into it and would hate to see it disappear.

From the site: "There is only one original note for your mortgage that has your signature on it. This document proves you owe the debt and they should be required to produce it." Often your lender sells your mortgage to a third party which trades it on the stock market. Because of this it is difficult for them to find the note stating you owe them money and buys you valuable time to find a job.
